I have to make this real quick cuz the weather is bad and Ima turn my computer off!! This is two coats of Milani White On The Spot and the rest is acrylic paint topped with NYC & SHID. Have a great day. Update: Ok the weather is better now. thank goodness, we’ve had some major rain lately..  I created this look with a white base, and the flower I created by placing one dot and then 5 around it to make the basic shape and then a white dot in the center to give it that “hollow” look. the rest is done with a tiny paint brush lol I havent made any tutorials on youtube lately I think mainly because I wasnt doin much when I had my nubbins but I really need to get back to that. and this would have been a great tutorial, maybe Ill do it on a nail tip.
